I have acquainted myself with The NBP Internship Rules and Regulations and accept them fully.

Consent for the personal data processing *

I. Pursuant to Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter the "GDPR", I hereby agree to having my personal data processed by Narodowy Bank Polski with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Świętokrzyska 11/21.

II. I have been advised that I have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of my personal data at any time, which, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

III. With regard to giving consent to the processing of my personal data, I have been advised that under Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR:
1) My personal data controller is Narodowy Bank Polski with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Świętokrzyska 11/21.

2) The Data Protection Officer at Narodowy Bank Polski is available at the seat of NBP or electronically at the e-mail address: iod@nbp.pl The data concerning the Data Protection Officer will be updated on the NBP’s website www.nbp.pl.

3) My personal data will be processed for the purpose of organisation of a student internship at NBP, i.a. the issuing of a certificate confirming the completion of the internship.

4) My personal data will be stored for a period of:
- 5 years from the date of completion of the internship,
- 30 days from the date of submitting an application if the application is not accepted or when the internship is interrupted.
The storage period of my personal data has been established in order to protect my vital interests.

5) I have the right to demand access to my personal data and the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of such data as well as the right of data portability.

6) I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data with its seat at: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

7) The provision of personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to meet the objective referred to in item 3.

8) My personal data will not be used for automated individual decision-making, including profiling.
